High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW), fluoroplastics,
or highly filled materials that are difficult or impossible
to mold
• Complex parts that would require a complex,
expensive mold
• Adding undercuts, holes, etc. to
parts that have been molded in a simpler and less expensive
mold
• Prototypes and low to medium volume production
where the cost of a mold can’t be justified

hard-to-get parts from our state of the art,
climate-controlled CNC machining centers. We can work from
your CAD files, generate CAM instructions from your drawings,
or design and make your parts. Sub-assemblies and assemblies
are no problem, and fully automated production and assembly
are available.
