Customer Surveys
To enable us to better serve our customers, AIM and AEP send out periodic surveys to our clients. The feed-back from these surveys help us to understand how to serve our customers to the best of our ability, and dynamically meet our clients needs. Surveys play an important role in the continuous improvement policies, which are critical to our overall quality program.
We take our customer's ideas, views, and needs to heart. AIM has consistently performed very well on reviews of performance, service, and reliability. However, we believe that we can always grow and learn as a company; and that there is no such thing as good enough.
