housed in a 25,000 square foot facility that includes a new
10,000 square foot warehouse for storing raw materials and
finished inventory to meet your JIT (just-in-time)
needs.
The entire production facility and state of the
art machining and fabricating areas are air-conditioned to
provide year-round process stability and employee comfort. AIM
builds and maintains its own molds to allow quick turnaround
and full control over part quality.
A thriving business
and manufacturing center, Greensboro is located in the heart
of the Piedmont Triad, with access to multiple shipping lanes.
From single cartons to truckload quantities, shipping is no
problem.
Equipment ranges from 55 ton to 300 ton
machines capable of shot weights from 2 ounces to 32 ounces.
Mold temperature controllers include both water and oil, and
desiccant dryers are used for all moisture-absorbing or
moisture-sensitive materials.
We specialize in contract
manufacturing and assembly. Full fabrication and assembly
facilities are available, including ultrasonic welding,
solvent bonding, hot melt adhesive, two part epoxies,
drilling, and CNC machining. Special assembly requirements? No
